忙碌的生活中，我們常常和孩子「一起」，卻未必「同頻」。

Mooon Studio 全新推出 「親子共頻療癒工作坊」系列 ，由資深親子引導師 Hesed Kwok 小鳳老師帶領，以 「互相尊重」 為核心，不強迫、不說教、不比較，只為親子創造一個真正平等、溫柔的對話空間。

In our busy lives, we often spend time with our children, but not always on the same frequency.

Mooon Studio is launching a new Parent‑Child Co‑frequency Healing Workshop series, led by experienced child‑parent facilitator Hesed Kwok (Ms. Siu Fung). Centered on mutual respect, this workshop creates a truly equal and gentle space for connection—free from coercion, judgment, or comparison.

 

在這裡，我們不教孩子「聽話」，而是練習 彼此聆聽；不追求「正確答案」，而是透過 遊戲、音樂與呼吸練習，讓大人與小孩都能放下角色框架，回歸最真實的相處節奏。

​

Here, we don't teach children to "obey"; we practice listening to each other. We don't chase "right answers"; instead, through games, music, and breathing exercises, we help both adults and children step out of their usual roles and return to an authentic rhythm of togetherness.

​

 

工作坊內容包括：

· 合作式遊戲：在笑聲中打破權力界線，學習輪流與等待

· 音樂律動與節奏呼應：用聲音找到共同的頻率，感受「在一起」

· 親子呼吸練習：簡單可帶回家的放鬆技巧，隨時為關係充電

· 真誠分享圈：鼓勵大小朋友用自己舒服的方式表達感受

Workshop highlights:

· Cooperative games – breaking down power boundaries with laughter, learning to take turns and wait

· Music and rhythmic interaction – finding a shared frequency through sound, feeling the joy of "being together"

· Parent‑child breathing practices – simple relaxation techniques you can take home and use anytime

· Sincere sharing circle – encouraging everyone (big and small) to express feelings in their own comfortable way

無論您的孩子是活潑好動或內向慢熱，都歡迎一起來。不需任何經驗，只需一顆願意嘗試的心。

Whether your child is energetic or shy, all are welcome. No prior experience is needed—just an open heart.
